      Filament Spectrum PLA Pro jest materiałem na bazie zmodyfikowanego PLA,dedykowanego do wytwarzania filamentów do druku 3D. Dzięki ukierunkowaniu składu chemicznego materiału uzyskano efekt połączenia zalet PLA i ABS. Możliwym stało się uzyskanie wysokiej udarności wytworzonych elementów (o 50% wyższej niż w klasycznym materiale ABS) przy jednocześnie wysokiej wytrzymałości na rozciąganie – charakterystycznej dla materiałów na bazie PLA.

      Zmiana składu chemicznego wpłynęła także na poprawą współczynnika płynięcia materiału. Filament PLA PRO to przede wszystkim doskonałe rozwiązanie do zastosowań przemysłowych. Podstawę stanowi wysoka skuteczność drukowania, a przede wszystkim możliwość zwiększenia prędkości drukowania.

      Krystalizacja:
      Filament PLA Pro można poddawać obróbce w wysokiej temperaturze za pomocą komory grzewczej. Po krystalizacji model charakteryzuje się podwyższoną odpornością termiczną (do 85°C) i prawie dwukrotnie wyższą udarność niż standardowy ABS.

      *Nierównomierne nagrzewanie może prowadzić do nieoczekiwanych deformacji i nieoptymalnej wydajności drukowanych części. Należy zapewnić brak gorących/zimnych punktów w komorze grzewczej. Typowy czas wyżarzania części o grubości ścianki ok. 3,2 mm to średnio 20 minut.
